Pick of the Week
Beyond Coffee, Collingham.
Beyond Coffee has grown the right way—steady, deliberate. What started as a van still feels grounded, even as it’s expanded into permanent spaces.
The coffee is the centrepiece. Ethically sourced, well blended, and served without fuss—just a focus on doing the basics properly.
Since starting in a Fernwood gym in 2018, it’s evolved naturally. A move to Collingham in 2023 gave it room to grow, followed by Lincoln in 2025. It still feels hands-on, built by people who’ve come up through it and stayed close to the day-to-day.
Alongside the cafés, Beyond Coffee Events runs through the summer—same approach, just on the road.
The coffee itself is the star of the show, it’s worth going for that alone but everything coming out of the kitchen looks (and smells) fantastic too!
